Our Research Analysts plays a key role in commissioning, carrying out and advising on research in support of WRAP’s programmes, and evaluation of WRAP’s impact. A skilled and experienced Research Analyst is required to work within the team. Based in Banbury, the Research Analyst will support WRAPs public campaigns, such as Love Food Hate Waste and Recycle Now.

Academic training in a discipline involving research skills is essential as is experience of a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods, with an emphasis on qualitative methods. Knowledge of social research, market research and consumer research and evaluation should be underpinned by a knowledge of behaviour change theory and strong communications and influencing skills. Strong numeracy and project management skills are important along with self-confidence, self-motivation and the ability to work across a complex organisation.
